Great location, just a short walk from public transportation and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff who provided an early check-in and a free city map. Good soundproofing in the room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and chemicals, despite being a non-smoking room. Some areas of the room were not cleaned thoroughly, with bits of food and dust under the beds.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with the nearest tube station just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. The staff were very good too make our stay enjoyable, even allowing us to check-in early and assisting with printing our boarding passes. The breakfast provided a great variety of options and was of high quality.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The location on a large boulevard with shops just down the street is ideal for exploring the city center. The staff are friendly and the rooms, complete with telly and comfortable beds, offer a fantastic view from the dormer windows. Moreover, having breakfast included is a nice touch.

The hotel could improve on the Wi-Fi connection.
